ICT as Medium for Advocacy

 

How ICT has transformed the educational methodologies when you were in grade school and now in Senior High School?

First, I was on grade school ,especially during flag ceremonies we often sing along with the hand beat of the leader. But now in senior high there are devices such as speakers that can be connected to cellphones through blue tooth that we use  during the program in which it lead us to sing without the guide of someone.

Second ,when writing a notes .It is tiring to take down all the written text from text books and on boards ,though we learn from it so much. But now it is so convenient like you can only take a snap and you can all have what the important details are. In terms of creating concept notes it is much easier now  because you can just make it through computers , copy and paste some ideas to make your work looks fine .

Third ,when we have a presentation during grade school year we wrote our presentations on manila papers or "cartolinas" but now we just simply edit and make it through the use of PPT .

Class records are very important to every classes because it records an individual performance.It is hard to find when its disappear,during my grade school days we just simply record it to an actual class recorder ..and yes I have experienced loosing it and it is really kinda loosing my mind as well.Unlike now that you can record it in your laptops and it is a guarantee that it will not loose unless if you're acting recklessly.

Class dismissal, everyone's favorite,but it doesn't mean literally end of class .I always use this free time on searching information about my assignments or projects, and etc.It is very convenient unlike using books that you'll spend too much time to search for an answer using the modern technologies is way easier compare to traditional. Thus ICT give students a ways on how to make their work easier. But abusing your freedom to have an access in technology is another story.
